Not sure what you are looking for but I always remember the comments on babybmw that the mpg was really poor compared to the 20d.

If it helps, I had a 125d for 2 years/35k miles.

The MPG was really good, rarely under 45 even when pushing it. High 50s easily achieved on a longer, more sedate, run.

That said, it never felt that much quicker than a 120d. To me, it didn't feel the published numbers...it just seemed to have a fuller torque curve rather than a higher one, if that makes sense?
