Diamond cut wheel corrosion - what next?
Discussion
Hi all,
I have diamond cut wheels that are starting to corrode so will need to get them refinished.
Given the choice I won't get diamond cut again and don't like black especially, any thoughts or ideas and pictures for non diamond cut wheel colours? They're 19" 442's on an Estoril blue touring.
TIA

Paint them a colour other than black? Buy matching rattle can and some lacquer; hey presto DIY smart repairs.I have diamond cut wheels that are starting to corrode so will need to get them refinished.

Just after seeing what others have done, maybe with pictures to give me some ideas (to steal obviously) rather than blindly commit.

Get them professionally refurbished & powder-coated
Either a bright silver and sparkle lacquer; or BMW Ferric Grey IMO
Which one? Either a bright silver and sparkle lacquer; or BMW Ferric Grey IMO

To be fair I think either would work with the blue bodywork

My 66s on my touring are Ferric Grey; it's a superb colour:

Sorry, I meant which Ferric grey, there are 2 apparently!
A80 and B55
Ah; either would work IMOA80 and B55

This is a good post to see the difference:
