Remapping F10 520D in Scotland

Got a mate with a 520d he’s thought about mapping it. Any ideas or recommendations of where to go? Based in Glasgow. I’ve told him it’ll be around 200-300 does that sound accurate?

You've got Ecotune in Hillington and Dyna Tune in East Kilbride. Can't comment on cost but seems in the general region from a quick search. I'm struggling to find somewhere with a dyno just to get my 340 power tested.

ACR in Carluke are decent our workshop uses them for all manner of coding and mapping issues and never let us down

Ecotune are running about 4/5 weeks ahead for bookings atm and not the cheapest but do have a cracking reputation had a few cars mapped by them never the years and never a problem

powertune in Bellshill i've no personal experience of and cant comment either way

or maybe try Martin Makas in Glasgow. cant remember what he trades under but cant fault his work either.

2-300 not a chance if your going to ecotune was quoted £500 for our G30 520d but its not something i'd be letting my local mobile valeter do either. pick someone you either know personally or has a decent reputation with BMWs

Eco-boom. Weren’t there something a while back about their remaps blowing engines to pieces?!

Anybody had b57 330d remapped in Scotland, I heard ecotune have had a few problems with that engine thanks
