Bubbling noise/leak from door cill when filling washer

Hi,

On an F25 X3 when filling the windscreen washer I can hear a bubbling noise from the rear of the driver's side front wheel arch and I see a leak of the fluid as I pour coming out of the driver's door cill. Some water is finding its way to each of the washers though.

I'm guessing a pipe has a leak or bad connection? Would this be covered under the extended warranty or better of getting fixed by an independent? I'm fully covered on the extended warranty..

If you can see a leak when filling it up then drop it off for maintenance under the warranty. Chances are it'll be something simple like a leaky/perished hose etc, but any comprehensive warranty should sort it.

It could be that; or it could be that you've filled it and it's bleeding air from the overfill vent that sits on top and then any extra, it pours out etc

Thanks, I had a look at the reservoir design and couldn't see an overflow vent but that would be a good explanation.|I'll leave as is for the moment.
