Just cancelled my booking with dealer and rebooked online as they wouldn’t price match stating the 20% was from bmw so had to be booked online. I did same in June, saving over £100 through the same deal. It meant bringing forward a September service in to late June (and service folks at drop off noted that no yellow lights were on) - I asked if I could swap to September and retain the discount but they said it was a BMW Group subsidy but I was happy with the saving.
A big annoyed by the £20 or so “standard scope” nonsense and they also told me one tyre had poor tread (when a check elsewhere noted all four needed changing!) but otherwise happy with the saving.
The place was dead at drop off and pick up so perhaps they just need service customers through the door.
