Rear view mirror adhesive, F10

My RVM fell off. My local garage has been looking at it but BMW won't sell the adhesive separately, they will only sell me a new windscreen with it or a complete new mirror assembly, which, environmentally, is just stupid.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an adhesive (metal to glass) that will work just as well without me having to throw away perfectly good bits of equipment?

My FIL's F10 did this; he nipped to Autoglass and they stuck it back on for £beertokens

Find an auto glass specialist, they'll soon have you sorted
