M340i discontinued?

[sjb993]

The M340i is no longer available on the BMW website’s new car configurator (the M340d is still available).

Does anyone know if this is a temporary thing, or has the petrol version been discontinued?

Thanks.

The 540i has gone as well.

Yes, but I think that was to make way for the M550i. The M340i Touring and 540i Touring are still available.

The fact that the Touring is still there suggests a glitch of some kind...
