Confused over Sat Nav version G21

Car was built 03/20.

Does this screen mean I have the 2019-4 version of Sat Nav OR does it mean I've been automatically updated to 21-3, which shows below.

My assumption was I still have 2019-4 , but when I highlight 2021-3, I can't initiate an update or do anything.

Advise much appreciated,

Europe maps excluding UK are 2019 version

UK maps you have 2021 version

You cannot force an update.

If you have over the air updates it will do it automatically 3/4 times a year

Otherwise its a USB update

I have the over the air updates, and received 2021 /3 last week.

Not sure if there will be a 2021/4 or the next update wull be 2022/1
