Removing music from hard drive

[Napper]

Hi,

I'm changing my 420d x-drive for a 530d x-drive and have a few thousand songs on the hard drive on the iDrive..
There is an option to "Export" music from the hard drive. However, it doesn't appear to work.

Has anyone successfully uploaded from the hard drive?

Thanks.
