535d LCI tuning options

Running a '57 E60 535d LCI and it's brilliant.
Had it dyno'd at 334 bhp 435 lb-ft and would like to try and push it to 400 bhp with an uprated intercooler and R90 fuel pump.
Has anyone done similar and if so, can anyone recommend someone in the Midlands who'd be happy to do the dyno tuning?
Also, will it need an XHP gearbox map with this power level? It already has the latest software version but BMW's own update not XHP.
