Getting a refund from BMW Connected Drive
Discussion
I added Apple CarPlay to my 640d back in November as it was on offer in a Black Friday promotion. I also had the Connected Package L at the same time.
I wasn't happy with the way CarPlay operated so decided to get a refund.
Installed on the Friday and requested the refund on the Monday and I am still waiting. I am now having to communicate via Twitter as their customer service people never ring me back and despite emails saying the refund is on it's way it has never happened.
The latest email states that they will have to provide a refund via my local dealer which all sounds like rubbish to me. They say it is because I ordered more than one item at a time!
Anyone else experienced this?

BMW Customer Service / Connected Drive are woeful at calling people back when they say they will (if at all)
Ive found emailing the CEO (Chris.Brownridge@bmw.co.uk) whilst he never actually personally responds you get a quick response from the "executive complaints team" might be worth trying
