So I picked up a 2011 320i, 86k miles and well looked after. Had a few age related repairs to do.
Main concern is the oil light keeps coming on after a good run. The timing chain and tensioners have been replaced, gasket has been replaced and injectors replaced. Ive had the oil pressure sensor replaced as that what was initially causing the light to come on in the first place.
Anyways it came back on, does it need to be plugged into a diagnostic to have the fault code cleared or is there something else that could be potentially causing this?

Well checking I've been quoted £400 for an oil pump if it is that. The guy who i bought it off is adamant he was told it was the pressure sensor that was faulty and the code just needs clearing.
I've got an oil pressure gauge kit. Im struggling to find where the oil pressure sensor is located, any ideas?
