F10 530d undersold by dealer. Long options list.
Discussion
I have been looking for a while now for the right car and it finally appeared.
I am new to this shape 5 series so am slowly learning just what options this car has that are indeed factory options rather than standard kit. I am a sucker for factory options.
On Friday I bought a 2011 530d, FSH from the dealer it was bought new from, one owner, sensible miles. 76k.
The extras that the dealer showed in the advert was enough to sway me but now I have been digging a little deeper the list gets bigger. It even has a private plate which he never realised until I picked up on it.
So here goes, any decent extras here.

Having had 2 F10 530d that’s a nicely specced if unremarkable car.
Essentially it’s SE with the following added:
Reverse cam.
Load through seats.
A couple of packs I can’t recall the name of but are probably Comfort & Visibility.
Given they had a ludicrous options list including extended leather, infrared forward cam, various wood trims, 2 different sports seat options and a myriad of wheels all of which made an expensive car really expensive as none would have raised the GFV and so would just have to be paid by the first owner most cars are lightly specced.
This one looks very thoughtfully specced.
They are fantastic cars though.
7 years and over 100000 miles in my 2.
I infinitely preferred my SE car to my M-Sport+ version.
It was more comfortable and went just as well.

I definitely wanted the SE.
Once I had got through the basics of mileage, SH, number of owners, price, I kept reading.
It was the reversing camera that kept me interested at first then on the test drive the dealer said 'oh there are buttons to set the memory seats', I then thought we are on to something here.
The ambient lighting which includes the illuminated door handles to me makes it seem like a much newer car. (But I am an old dinosaur so forgive me).
I wasn't sure about the colour combo' at first but when I saw it in the flesh I really liked it. Silver with Grey leather.
Even my son (big music fan) was impressed with the stereo (do people still call it a stereo?).
