F15 X5 DPF query

I've got a 2016 X5 x30d M Sport which has served me very well, however after next month my work situation will be changing and my daily commute will only be 2 miles each way, which is obviously not ideal for diesel engines and the DPF.

I have looked into changing my car but I can't afford to do it (getting something I want) so I've got some questions regarding how to best look after the engine and DPF as I've struggled to find anything conclusive and definitive on google.

So given my circumstances how often should I try to take my car on an extended run, and what is considered an extended run as all I can find is that it should be run above 50mph for a "period of time"?

My X5 does use Ad Blue if that makes any difference.

Any advice would be appreciated.
