2005 330D door lock issues

Morning fellow PH'ers. I have a door locking problem. The n/s rear door won't unlock and it won't open at all. The drivers door also doesn't unlock but it will open from the inside.
I've got the rear n/s open this morning and it looks like a white cog inside the door panel is broken. I assume I've got to get a new actuator.

Where is the best place to buy one from that won't cost an arm & a leg? I think mine is an E91. 55 plate 330D Touring Msport.

Anyone else encountered this issue and can impart their wisdom by any chance?

Couldn't tell you what the fault is but eBay/breakers is always my go to for parts. The majority of breakers that sell via eBay offer a returns policy too, it'd be worth having a garage tell you exactly what part you need though to be certain.
