BmW 5 series michellin pilot sport 3 tyre

I have bmw 530d 2018. It uses Michelin Pilot Sport 3 97Y XL ZP * MOE Size: 275/30YR20 at the rear.
Needs replacement as failed MOT because of it. Already the other side has new tyre which was replaced 2 months ago.

The issue is I can't get this tyre anywhere in UK. I have tried formula 1, kwikfit etc BMW official store says they can get it from Germany but it would cost 440 pounds although the market price is 300.

What shall I do? Replace it with another brand? If so which one would you recommend.

Replace both and sell the single on eBay

IIRC is PS4s and PS5s now

You don't want to run 2 different tyres on the same axle
