BMW E46 convertible roof doesn't load into storage area

As per video.

Opening process stops at the point of roof collapsing into storage area.

Is it a sensor?

If so, is it the s188 sensor in the rear left quarter panel or something else?

SOLVED - unplugged S188 hall sensor from it's connector (circled in red above) and also reseated the sensor on the hydroulic arm and all is well!
