07 e93 N54 auto: CDA7 fault code

Hi All,
First time in this particular forum.
I took the e93 to the drags (1/4 mile) to check the stock time. After the 3rd run I got the transmission warning wheel in the centre screen and "Transmission: drive moderately" on the iDrive screen. I have the Bimmergeeks Protool and the CDA7 fault code has come up. Searching really provides very little apart from an issue with modules communicating a reverse selection error. I clear the code but it returns as soon as I drive again. I have attached the Protool image with the code below.
The car drives great with the odd notchy gear change from 2nd to 3rd but that is it.
Any ideas anyone?
