Where is my F31 Service History??

I bought a 2013 F31 in May this year. I've searched online for the iDrive service history location but I cannot find the icon that takes me to the records.
All the YouTube vids show the below but the 'Service History' selection at the top of this pic is missing on my screen. All the other options are there.

Am I doing something wrong? Picture below taken from YouTube.

Some cars (likely fleet prepped ones) didn't always have the menu enabled at PDI. My old F31 was like this. All the history was there in the BMW portal but the car didn't show it.

Mine was in for service two weeks ago F31 335d, it came out the history had all vanished on screen, it was there prior to going in as I checked it to see when the car was last serviced.

Back in tomorrow to hopefully restore it
