CCC idrive Replacement.

By the end of next week I hope to be the new owner of an ‘05 reg 630i with the CCC version of the idrive.

My plan is to update to an AppleCarplay or similar screen and wonder if anyone has any experience / recommendations?

I’ve seen in an owners thread the Andream as a possible solution but will continue investigating to make sure I get the best option (“best” to be measured as a balance of looks / performance / price / ease of fitting).

I’ve just put a Mr12volt unit in a CIC X5, fantastic upgrade.

Is the equivalent for CCC I think. Definitely worth a look.
