Buying advice .. n63 engine ?

Hi all

2013 750il with 111k

Is this going to be a disaster - should I be considering a 730d instead ?

Also how much of a step up is the newer shape 65 plate cars ?

Interested in people’s advice, have a newer golf r im gonna trade fancy a luxury barge..

Any help appreciated, great if you’ve owned a 750 too and can advise me of the pain!

I wanted a 750i before buying my F01 730D SE Luxury - my reading and research lead to staying away from them due to their Hot V and numerous issues, oil leaks, lots of work / money to fix them etc

The 730D I had was a superb car; lovely interior with extended leather etc and really well spec'd - would highly recommend one

See I was looking at a 65 plate so the newer shape 730d am I right in thinking the same engine is in the cars a couple of years up to this ?

Anyone had a better story with a 750il ?

Yes; that'll be an LCI so the newer engine etc and if you can get one in budget, go for it
