Estimated Service Charge

Looking to get a service booked in for my M135i xDrive (oil, filter, microfilmer, brake fluid). Phoned a couple of dealers and got prices varying from £460 - £510. Had a look through the app and the best I found was about £390 so go ahead to book and right at the end it shows a £55 'estimated service charge'. What the hell is that? They might as well have called it 'postage and packing'
