Fitting non adaptive headlight to adaptive help

Hi guys,

My passenger adaptive headlight has broken on my LCI E64. I can't for the life of me find a adaptive headlight anywhere used. Plenty of LCI non adaptive Xenons are available.

My question is I can I fit a non adaptive headlight on the passenger side and code out the adaptive fault? Will the wiring harness be plug and play and it's just a matter of coding?
