I'd be grateful for your views on quality of service and prices if you have used Grosvenor. Thinking of moving away from dealerships to independents for my next service (2021 G20 M340i XDrive MHT).

TIA

No experience of Grosvenor but if you’re in that neck of the woods, I can recommend RBM in Hook.

Grosvenor won't be much cheaper than BMW, but are easier to deal with. Free courtesy cars also. We've used them for years and have had good experiences generally.

Couple of good experiences using them too. Would definitely recommend them and would consider using them again.

Do they use OEM parts at Grosvenor?

I used Grosvenor after the local BMW dealer decided, at the last minute, that they were to busy to service and MOT my 2 series (it had been booked in for service and MOT)

Grosvenor were easy to deal with, work was carried on time, and also they have a fixed price for changing the SOS call battery which is £100 cheaper than I was quoted by BMW. Basically, happy with the service and they will be getting my custom in the future.

Cheers
Dave
