G60 questions reversing and navigating CarPlay

I’ve just had a 630e for the weekend

This one was smoother than the one I hired six months ago

A few questions

1) When you reverse the near side mirror dips which is shat you want most of the rime. If you don’t want that I pressed the mirror button on the door and it popped up. Great. But after that it never went down again when reversing

2) when navigating with apple maps it shows on the driver display. Great. They map is obviously constantly redrawing as you drive. But every so often it would ’flash’ drawing ‘slowly’ top to bottom m. Not sure if this was the phone not sending it quick enough or perhaps the car wants to display some info and then changes it’s mind. I don’t remember this happening on the car siix months ago. Has anyone else seen this?

3) whilst navigating with apple maps I added a fuel stop. After fill up i removed the phone from the car to pay for fuel. When I started again the navigation continued . However it wouldn’t draw the map on the driver display instead replacing it with the turn directions and saying navigation with carplay. Cancelling the navigation did not fix it. Only getting out of the car snd locking it seemed to fix it. Anyone else seen this?

4) Towards the end if a long drive of about 235 miles the Apple maps turn directions just disappeared from the HUD. It was still showing maps on both displays and turn directions in the corner of the main display. Has anyone else seen this
