F12 diff mounts

Hi guys,
Just looking for some clarification. What are the symptoms of torn or perished diff mounts? Getting some vibrations and jerking through the car atm, and just trying to work out whether its diff mounts or engine mounts. Sometimes get some jerking on kickdown before the power comes in, and also when shifting from park to drive. Not so bad going into reverse. I'm leaning towards diff mounts but just wanted a sanity check from the knowledgeable folks on here!
