Looking to get a M340i touring.

Looking at trading in the M140i for a 340 touring second child almost here now. Found a 2023 plate with 20k miles Brooklyn grey includes

M sport pro pack
Technology plus pack
Parking assistant plus
Uprated sound system.
Live cockpit pro / heads up

It s missing the comfort pack and sunroof I m not overly fussed about a sunroof but do people find the comfort pack a must have? It is priced at 47k which does it seem a bit steep or average price?
