2014 Active Hybrid 7 series ride height.

Hi,
My 7 series rear ride height has dropped so low, making it impossible to drive. It’s happened once before, a year ago, I work for Bentley and one of the techs who had come from BMW said, I know what that is, he sat in the car and resolved it instantly and the ride height returned to the correct setting. For the bloody life of me I cannot remember what he did and how he did it and he’s now left Bentley. I’ve took all the advice on YouTube, cleared all the fault codes, disconnected the battery to soft reset the systems, but it doesn’t seem to have changed the ride height at all. I wondered if anyone there may have come across this situation and could point me in the right direction before I have take it to the main dealership. Thanks in anticipation.
