3 series m sport - adaptive suspension?

I've asked a similar question about ride comfort, but specifically, does adaptive suspension make a drastic difference to a 3 series m sport touring? Could it be described as a comfortable car?

nobody can answer that question for you as everyone's idea of what is "comfortable" is different. I might say its super comfortable but if i drive a Caterham 7 as my daily it would all be relative. You need to go drive one

I’ve got a 4series with it and I can’t actually tell any difference.

I had a ‘22 reg 320i M Sport with the adaptive suspension. I thought it rode very well indeed. Supple ride with decent body control.

I can't speak for the current generation cars, but I've got a 2018 340i M-Sport Touring with adaptive suspension. I would say it is quite comfortable in regular comfort mode, but gets a bit crashy in Sport. I think adaptive suspension in comfort mode is more comfortable than non adaptive M-Sport suspension.
