Auto Dim Headlights Not Working

Greetings from France where we arrived earlier today. I changed the light setting on my 2024 440M to show driving on the right. All very good but now my lights no longer auto dim.

Any ideas / thoughts?

I don't think "ze germans" were ever popular in France.

Certainly not here in Normandy where we’re exploring the beaches.
