Digital key issues after upgrading phone

Hi all,

We have an X2 that uses Digital Key and we've never had any issues with it. Neither my wife nor I have ever needed to carry the physical key, as we've always been able to unlock and start the car using our phones. However, last weekend my wife upgraded her phone and now she can't use it to start the car. Everything transferred over to her new phone ok and the Digital Key appears to be registered correctly, and the phone will unlock/lock the car without any problems, but when she tries to start it, nothing happens.

Has anyone come across this before or got any ideas on how to fix it?
