Hi all,

Just mulling over the possibility of getting an E39 Touring and wondered if anyone carries MTBs with the seats folded down? Do you still need to remove a wheel or can you carry the bike intact?

I presently have to take both wheels off if I'm in the E34 (saloon) or take a wheel off if I'm in the Mrs's V40 and thought the E39 Touring might be a bit more accomodating.

Cheers for any comments,

Steve

£125 for the roof bars

£76.60 for each bike rack. A roof rake can hold 3 bike racks.

I got 2 bikes in the back with the seats down and the wheels still on. And lots of other bits and bobs when we moved house... Suprisingly spacious I found - certainly a different class of load carrier to a 3 series touring...
