Z3 Power Hood

Hi All,

Advice / Help needed,
We are a Jaguar specialist and have a customer who's wife drives a Z3 that has a manual roof, The chap has asked us if they were ever made with a power hood and if so can it be retro-fitted? if so any advice on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes they did make electric roofs, but they are not fully electric, you still have to unlatch catches of the winscreen rail, and then flip the roof up a couple of inches.

I'm sure they could be retro fitted, but probably at great cost unless you pick one up second hand
