Posting pics smileys etc

To my great shame i haven't got a clue how to post pics,smileys and quotes can anyone point me in the right direction?

Click the quote button in the thread you wish to quote from and type underneath (it's next to the time that the thread was posted)

In the message window (where you type your text) click the Smiles legend to the left and copy and paste the text required for each smiley - you can just type it if you remember it.

To the left of the message authoring page (i.e. the page you get when you click "Post Reply" ) there are three links, two of which are entitled "Smiles Legend" and "Formatting Codes".

These open pages that tell you what code to put in your message to make it appear a certain way.

Pick any post on the forum that has pics, smileys and bold text etc, go to 'quote' and look at the way the quoted message is typed. This will point you in the right direction!
