One of my colleagues has a 630 and i'm driving it whilst my car is being sorted, before that they had a 645, the difference between the 645 and the 630 is HUGE, the v8 has so much more torque and is shed loads faster and an easier car to live with, the 630 is simply feels underpowered and if it was me, i'd regret not getting the better and larger model everytime I got in it

That is exactly what happened to my colleague.He bought the 630i (ignoring what everone told him).
6 months later, traded it for a 650i due to the 630i being underpowered.
I've lived with the 630i for nearly a week now, done around 700 miles and I have to say that the 630 is a really really good car, still underpowered but easy enough to live with and acceptable levels of performance but the clincher for me would be the MPG, 19.8-21.0 is crap, so there's no reason to buy a 630 over a 645 or 650 if you can find one at the right price, which you can
