Refurbishing M3 19" alloys

Please can anyone suggest where I could get this done. The edges are kerbed but there is also corrosion around the bolts holes near the centre, so the whole wheels needs re-polishing (or diamond cutting?) not just the edges (I already know where I can get just the edge done).
