Car turns over nicely but won't fire
It seems that there is no fuel arriving at the engine. Taking what I assume to be the fuel feed off of the filter and turning the ignition on produces no fuel. I can however hear the fuel pump running by listening both under the car and in the fuel filler hole. After a minute or so it times out. The gauge shows more than half a tank and fuel can be heard if the car is rocked. All the fuses seem intact. I have followed the fuel lines to wher they dissaper and can't see any filters that may be blocked, perpas they are inside, but the car is loaded at the moment

Have found the fuel pump under the passenger seat but can’t immediately see how it is held in place. Seems to have a circular clip, does this prize off or do you rotate the whole thing ? Gave it a thump with the ignition on and it gurgled a bit after which the car ran for a few seconds.
