Got myself some fancy looking M TEC pedals and foot rest for my 330CI as a pressie.. However, is it straight forward putting them on...? Does the accelerator / brake pedal come off first to put on. Or, are they screwed in the footwell in situ. Do you have to make holes in what's there before screwing in new ones. By a dwarf... as I'm 6'3".. Any advice would be appreciated.

i've fitted these to an e36 and e46 in the past (ac schnitzer ones, but style exactly the same if they came off ebay) the pedal rubbers for the brake and clutch come off, drill four holes for the each of the pedals and secure with nuts, bolts and washers... the accelerator pedal doesn't need to come off, same procedure, it's awkward to get access but it can be done.. i have a picture of them if you need an idea of what they look like

can't help with the footrest but it's probably going to be the same
