Boring subject I know, but my Dad wants to change the oil and filter on his old 1992 BMW320.
The car is not worth a lot, so he feels it's a bit pointless paying the garage to do it.

He's 77 and will keep it until either him or the car packs up!

Is it possible to reset the computer to stop the "service" light coming on?

Cheers

Eurocarparts do a tool that is fairly cheap - if you are feeling adventurous you can do it with a paperclip:
