Irritating rattle! 330CI 2001

Help!
I have the most irritating rattle coming from the front speaker area of the passenger door.
It sounds like a coin and is constant.
Does anyone know how to remove the door panel - I can see a few attachments, but don't want to pull too hard without knowing first how many should be undone/ removed.
Please help before I go mentally insane!!

Remove the plastic tab which says 'airbag' on it. Undo the torx screw underneath.
2 or 3 more torx screws under the armrest.
Following this, start at one corner and gently pull the panel off the pop rivet holding it. These are all the way round the door so go round until all released.
Finally release the connector blocks for the speakers & electric mirrors and also the door handle.
There is a metal bar running down the door and secures with a nut at the bottom. This often works loose and rattles. I was well into the window mechanism before I reaslised this was the problem with mine !
