E36 328i sport dieting!

Afternoon all

I will be doing a few up coming track days and while I am young and BECAUSE I CAN sort of thing would like to get my car on a diet for them.

Now I would like to know what I can strip - but wont be a PITA to put back. So far I have an idea, if you can think of anything else I can loose please add to the thread. This will not be a harcore track car but wouldnt mind her losing a few pounds for the time being.

Spare wheel
boot carpet
Amp and sub
rear seats (how hard to get the rears out - I know the bench is easy)
Door cards all round
Glove box (every little counts)
Little computer thingys
2 seats in the front is a must
Bonnet sound deadaning (sp)

Anything else I have missed - and how much do you think I will se out of that?

In all honesty I wouldn't bother. By all means take the spare wheel out and ICE but anything else is just going to be a PITA. The doorcards especially, they'll always rattle once they've been out once.

You'll also start to bugger up the 50/50 handling significantly without knowing what you are doing, and tbh, you'll end up losing/breaking stuff if you do.

Plus, much of that stuff won't make it that much quicker.

I'd avoid, unless the car is to stay as a track slag.
