Value of Supercharged BMW Z4??

Just testing the water for now. I appreciate it's hard to put a value on a modified car, but how much do you think I could ask for my current car? The other option is of course to split, I am sure someone would be interested in the clear xenon lights, M Sport seats, supercharger and sell the car as “standard”. I have a figure in mind but I want to see a balanced opinion. If it's too low then I'll happily keep the beast 
Reason for sale is, well I ALWAYS need a project and I've pretty much done all I can with this car, or rather all I have a budget for, still a few smaller things I'd like, hardtop, aero side skirts etc. Quite fancy buying an early E46 M3 and supercharging it

Full BMW Service History with optional BMW maintenance check after 3 years complete. Inspection 1 complete in Dec 06. Next service due in 10500 miles.
Brake fluid and coolant changed in Feb 07.
MOT’d for 1 year.

18” 193M Alloy Wheels with Goodyear F1 Tyres (Fronts 225/40/18 & Rears 255/35/18) Brand new wheels only done 1500 miles, freshen the car up and provide a more aggressive offset.
Clear front Xenon Headlights from 2005 and newer model
BMW Clear Light Kit (rear light clusters, 3rd brake light and side repeaters)
BMW Aero Front Bumper
Rear Parking Sensors
Mechanics:
ESS Twin Screw Supercharger. Stage 2 kit upgrade includes an intercooler and uprated injectors. Basic spec is:
355bhp to 370bhp depending on fuel octane.
440NM
Maximum boost of just 8psi delivered at an amazing 2000rpm
Rev Limiter 7000rpm
Streamline Engineering Panel Air Filter
New Modified Clutch Delay Valve
Royal Purple Gearbox and Diff Race Oil to provide maximum protection.
ESS Rear Exhaust System, much deeper but not overloud. Sounds stunning.
Brakes and Suspension
Stoptech Stage 2 kit which consists of Slotted Disks all round, Axiss Ultimate pads, performance brake fluid and stainless steel braided hoses. Ideal for fast road and occasional track use. Less than 4000 miles.
To give you an idea of why I supercharged my Z4 rather than buying an Z4M is the drivability. The Z4M engine is fantastic but does need worked hard, I prefer to use low down grunt. The supercharger also has the benefits of lower insurance, servicing and parts costs, petrol etc etc. 27-28mpg on average and 34-36mpg on a steady run, both are real calculated mpg not the standard exaggerated computer readings. The ESS supercharger conversion ensures that the car is still perfectly drivable when cruising.
No trackdays, racing or ¼ miles done with this car. Done 4500 miles with supercharger. 16Months of warranty left on Supercharger.
To give you an idea of how well this car is maintained the roof regularly treated with Renovo cleaner and Ultra Proofer, every 6 months or so. The leather seats and door trims are looked after with Gliptone Liquid Leather Shampoo and Conditioner every 4-6 months. The paint is then treated with a Clay bar annually along with Zaino Z5 with ZFX formula every 4 months. The alloy wheels are removed after winter and fully cleaned out to prevent any corrosion. The oil and filter is changed between services, every 7000 miles with fully synthetic oil.

Not sure on the value but looks like a nice package.
I know it sounds rude but if you do decide its easier to split could you let me know, i'm finding it hard to find M sport seats and would love to take them off your hands.
Other than that i feel high value, modified cars are a bit hit and miss as your obviously in a smaller market than normal let alone reducing it by modding it in anyway.

You'd let you wife lose in a Supercharged Z4, you must really love her You could have it for around the price with everything inc the seats and wheels but excluding the headlights and charger
Looking for £21-22K for the complete package if possible. Otherwise I'll keep it an abandon the Supercharged M3 
It did have a third party warranty after the first 3 years, but I never used it so didn't renew, that's how reliable it's been.

She's worth it, I think, besides, I'd make her share it.
£22K is a bit much for me as I wouldn't want the car unless its complete as it'd be like cutting out part of a painting cause you couldn't afford all of it, criminal. £18K would be stretching my limit for her next car as it was I'll have a look at some cheaper Z4s.
