x5 fuel computer how do you reset it ?????????????

on a 53 plate pre facelift model x5 3.0d without coms/tv/nav how do you reset the average mpg function or indeed any of the computer settings. Ive pushed a few buttons and all I can now get is the average mpg the average speed and eveything else seems to have vanished.

on the m3 you use the button on the indicators select the mpg then hold in for about 5 sec or if you got nav use the right button to select mpg and hold

My 335d resets like that but its not that on the x5..

You reset the OBD by going into Menu on the nav-screen, then Settings, and then you have all the various options (Consumption 1 & 2, Average speed, etc)

Also, if you do use the toggle switch on the left stalk, and keep it in, you will be taken to a menu where you can choose what options to be displayed in the OBD.
