Which looks better 3-Series M-sport Saloon or touring?

Just keen to think see which people thought generally looked better of the E90 M-Sport saloon and touring - I (and my family of wife and two little 'uns) am having a lot of difficulty deciding.

Neither of them are pretty. My wife ad I had a similar dilema, but my wife just didn't like the Touring. We decided that the saloon has a large enough boot for us so that was it. The main reason we picked the E90/BMW was the 335d engine etc and so far it's proved to be a good choice.

Touring over saloon every time. The look is better and the practicality is massive.

I personally think it goes (best to worst) Touring -> Coupe -> Saloon.

Favourite details are the silver/chrome strip round the windows, the slight downward curve of the roof at the back, the far nicer shape rear light cluster, and the little spoiler 'lip' at the top of the rear window.

I prefer the looks of the saloon to the touring, and I prefer the E46 Touring Sport to the E90 Touring Sport. Though I haven't driven the E90 yet.....

Touring looks best, coupe looks ok, saloon looks boring.

Touring for me, although I prefer the 535d over the 335d.

Touring wins hands down everytime.

The shape looks better and there's the practical aspect of it too

9:2, Touring:Saloon. Thats quite a statistically significant result. I personally think the Touring has a personal touch whereas the Saloon has a wiff of being corporate. Touring with blacklines looks even better.

repmobile you mean! The saloon is one of the dullest looking designs on the road. The Touring looks miles better, no contest.

not sure any of them are good looking, I forgive mine its looks once I drive it !
I changed wheels on mine which imho helped it a bit. colour is important, for me had to be saphire, not keen on other colours but a personal choice.

Dull though it looks, I'd still consider buying a 3 series though. It's not actually ugly, just very errrm... dull. Great everyday form of transport though, which is what they're all about. The Touring manages to look considerably more stylish than the saloon, but not sure about the Coupe? Way too bland for something that's supposed to be a bit more poserish.
