Z4 Specs

Anybody know where I can get the Standard specs for the Z4 (03) and (04)?
I want to see what the SE has and what I get if I go with the Sport option etc...

IIRC correctly Sports didnt come out till 2005

Specs are early cars vary wildly with factory extras

Sell best with 18" Alloys

Other nice extras.... heated seats, electric seats, xenons, hifi upgrade, sports seats, cd changer, wind deflector, blue tooth and pro Navigation

My '04 has the Sports package....The "button" with 18" wheels (2,5 had 17" - 3.0i has 18" ). The first 3.0i had 225HP whereas the new 3.0i has 215. I suppose this is to seperate it further 3.0si's 255Hp.

From a 2005 (Z4 uplift one) brochure (UK) the sport option includes

Front Fogs
M Suspension
Brushed Ali trim
M Seats with Active sports fibre/leather
18" wheels (135's)


the 2.0l sports gets OBC, heated mirrors and elec soft top; these are std on larger engined models

???Strange, no 3.0i engine has ever had 215/225 or 255 bhp, pre facelift cars have 231bhp and the post facelift cars have the new 265bhp version, SE and Sport versions are the same 3.0i engine, only the spec differs

Hmmm, American spec's, if you were to check BMW UK you will find what I am quoting, there are obviously different market versions, i suspect this is to do with emmission laws and the way the euro cars are set up as against the american cars..I also notice they quote the 2.5 as 184bhp where as the euro version offers 193bhp..

Ben, all 3.0i UK cars are standard with sport suspension, i am in possesion of the original sales tech spec and model price book if you need to know any more..

in fact here is the extra spec the 3.0i has above the 2.5;and just to add you mention the DDC, this was standard on both the 2.5 and 3.0..
