Help...Cost and Time to supply/fit hardtop fitting kit??

Hi All,
Would really appreciate your help.....

I have been quoted by a certain Independant £500-£550 + Vat to supply and fit a hard top fitting kit!!!!
I have read certain reports that suggest 45 mins to fit the kit, dealer quoted 4 hours to fit!?

Believe the kit costs around £250, is that correct?

Any thoughts or opinions? Anyone got a complete kit for sale?
Better still is anyone in the East Sussex area capable of supplying and fitting a kit at a reasonable price?
