E30 Motorsport Convertible - To fix or not to fix........

I have been lusting and saving for a e30 convertible for a year (much to my wifes dismay!). Bought one at a price i could afford, 3 weeks later some idiot with no insurance (and doing 50) decided to remodel the front with his motorbike!
Insurance has written it off & offered me £1800 but has let me keep it.
Question:
Should i get rid, and if so how much might i get? or should i fix it @ a cost of around £1800?
Bodywise and engine wise it is sweet, but i would have replaced the interior in a year as its been sprayed a light gray colour.

Please let me have your thoughts?
