Waxoyl 8 Series, good idea?
Discussion
Came across this link on another forum.
Is this a good idea to protect an 8 Series?
Any reason not to do it, ie., lots of gunge on complex components etc.?
(Mine is in excellent original condition and is garaged, and I'd like to keep it that way, but it does get winter use)

Its a good idea to treat an 8 series but it must be done carefully.
I always use Bilthamber product - it is remarkable stuff.
Care must be taken to avoid several areas and, likewise, it helps if you know the prone areas on an e31. You have the added complication of an active rear axle. Take care around there!
