e36 328 rolling road results

hey there just had my car on a rolling road for the first time,1997 e36 328 sport, the results were not too bad, after 10 years my engine is still producing 188bhp, 146bhp at the wheels, so only lost 5bhp! the car is completely standard, and after a full diagnostics check everything is running absolutly fine,
so i am now thinking about getting some more power, and am going for an induction kit and exhaust system does anyone have any recommendations on what to buy????

and has anyone else had their 328 on a rolling road what were your power results compared to mine

After fitting the enlarged throttle bodies, M50 manifold and a remap by e-maps my 97 two eight can lay claim to a dyno figure of 223 bhp.

Decent 328i will lay down 200bhp. even before you start with the mods. Its a fantastic engine.
