Newbie 328CI saying hi ... 'SUPERCHARGER'

Hi Guys and Gals.......A newbie here just checking in. Did the Mini thing for a few years (Classic) but I'm getting into Big Boyz Toyz now and need all the help I can get. My fully loaded 1999 E46 328Ci has been repaired by the dealer- New rear subframe.....ahem FOC last year!
I'm thinking about having a ESS TS1 Stage 2 Super charger installed. Any views on this? And if anyone lives near Guildford, Surrey and knows of any meets after 14th February...please let me know.....cheers.
